Review the operating rules, messaging terms, and liability boundaries that apply when you use Postland LLC services.
Introduction and acceptance
Please review these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Postland LLC, also known as Postland LLC, website (the "Service") operated by Postland LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
Access to and use of the Service are subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SMS messaging program
Job applicants who submit the application form on this website may choose to check the optional SMS consent box to receive interview scheduling, application follow-up, onboarding coordination, shift updates, and other employment-related operational messages from Postland LLC.
Consent to receive SMS is not required to submit a job application. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance and reply STOP to opt out. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Transactions and payment rules
Any transaction above the $500 limit must be completed by bank-to-bank wire transfer, Bitcoin, or Transferwise. PayPal and credit card payments are not accepted, with no exceptions. Assisted purchase requests will not be placed and packages will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
We do not accept prepaid cards; only credit cards are accepted. We also do not facilitate transactions used to purchase prepaid cards.
Missing, lost, or damaged packages
If a package is lost or damaged, please contact us to submit a claim. False claims will be charged a minimum of $5 plus any incurred investigation costs. All lost or damaged package claims must be reported to Postland LLC within 7 days; otherwise, they are automatically denied.
When insurance is purchased, it is provided through EasyPost. Insurance for packages lost in transit is limited to the value declared on the customs form. You must be able to prove the declared value with an invoice or order record. If you declare a lower value in the customs declaration, that is the amount payable. Insurance claims for lost or damaged items must be supported with item invoices.
Returns, storage, and account holds
Due to the daily package volume, Postland LLC is unable to refuse selected packages.
If we receive a package that does not match any account holder name, we will hold it for 30 days while awaiting a claim. If it remains unclaimed for 30 days, the package will be treated as unclaimed and abandoned. Postland LLC may sell abandoned packages at public auction or private sale without additional notice to you.
From time to time, discrepancies or other issues with account status or payments may require us to place a security hold on the account. While the account is on security hold, we will not incur expenses on the account, including shipping expenses. If we request documents or information and do not hear back within 7 days, your packages will be deemed abandoned.
Postland LLC will store packages in our warehouse for up to 180 days at no charge. After 180 days, a fee of $2 per day applies for up to 15 days. If we do not receive a shipping request within that grace period, the package will be deemed unclaimed and abandoned.
Shipping and export controls
You authorize Postland LLC to open packages where there is suspicion regarding package contents (including illegal goods) or for any practical reason. Any issue with a received package must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Airmail Economy does not include proof of mailing, insurance, or tracking.
As stated under Transactions, we do not conduct any transactions with the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria, or with any destination for which the United States requires an export license unless such license(s) are first obtained. Diversion of these commodities in violation of United States law is prohibited. All export license requirements are the sole responsibility of the individual and/or entity in contractual agreement with Postland LLC.
Postland LLC liability and content rights
Postland LLC's responsibility for shipped packages shall not exceed the amount of handling fees (excluding actual shipping fees). Customers shall indemnify and hold Postland LLC harmless from any and all claims, including legal fees incurred in defending against said claims, from third parties arising out of the transmission of the package or mail sent by customer through Postland LLC.
Postland LLC shall not be responsible for any damage from an error or omission caused by you providing false or incorrect information or for failing to provide all necessary information.
Postland LLC retains rights to all content sent to our email or uploaded to our website. By using our services, you grant us permission to use that content for commercial and advertising purposes without compensation. Postland LLC also has ownership rights to any photos we take of packages, items, or invoices routed through our warehouses.
External websites and termination
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Postland LLC. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
We may immediately terminate or suspend access to our Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation a breach of these Terms. We may also suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If we fail to enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that failure is not a waiver of such rights. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
