Standard Processing Included
- Receiving incoming packages from carriers on your behalf.
- Registering each received package in your account.
- Sending arrival notifications by email.
- Secure storage before dispatch (free for up to 30 days).
- Protective repacking for international transit safety.
- Preparing your shipment request with the selected carrier.
Additional Service Charges
- Insurance2.2% of total purchase value
- Inspection$5 up to 5 pieces, then $1 per additional piece (minimum $5)
Item Management Charges

- Scan / photo$5 for the first page, then $1 per additional page
Storage Charges
- PackagesFree for 30 days (maximum 60 days). After 30 days: $1/day, or $2/day for oversized packages over 1m3. Packages held for 60 days are automatically discarded.
- Mail items (Premium only)Free for up to 30 days. Mail is shipped automatically when any item has been stored longer than 30 days.
Return Processing Charges
- Return shipping only$11/registered item. Customer must contact the store and provide a return label when required. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.
- Return handling + shipping$33/registered item. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.
APO/FPO Address Shipping
- Handling fee$27 per shipment (includes one received package) + USPS Priority Mail rate
- Extra consolidated package$11 per additional received package
Pick-Up Handling Fees (by appointment only)

Personal Shopper Charges
