How the process works
- Wait until all planned parcels are checked in at the warehouse.
- Open your account and submit a consolidation request from your parcels list.
- Select parcels from the same retailer and confirm instructions.
- After completion, proceed to checkout and schedule the outbound shipment.
Important operating limits
- Maximum 5 parcels from the same merchant can be consolidated in one request.
- Consolidation processing usually takes up to 2 business days.
- After consolidation, parcels cannot be split back into separate shipments.
- Size, weight, customs, and restricted-goods rules still apply to the final package.
